Collaboration is versatile and can be switched on by course, by learning activity or even as a learning activity in itself.

Learners can collaborate together using social learning, if you choose.
Stakeholder: The Business
Pathway Cloud LMS combines learning content with e-portfolio for evidence-based learning, enabling organisations to support and monitor carefully crafted apprenticeships.
By blending expert insights with learning content and assignments, learners receive a rich experience aligned to their business context. This ensures working and learning are closely aligned – more engaging for the apprentice and greater relevance for the business.
Feedback on the learning experience can be automated and collated for live reviews ensuring the business is in step with the learner experience.
The Pathway platform supports apprentice intakes by combining versatile pathways of curated content from your experts with assignments to complete as part of the 20% off-the-job learning. Carefully crafted assessor screens summarise learner progress and make reviewing, supporting and assessing apprentices easy.
Emails can be triggered to advise assessors of assessments submitted, ready for marking. Assessors easily access learner progress where each activity progress can be viewed in one place.
Grading can be released one student at a time, or by cohort – especially useful where Verification for standard marking is a prerequisite.
Whether a manager or a subject matter expert, there is ready visibility to help virtually as well as to take part or provoke online conversations. Learning can be open access or by cohorts of apprentices. Cohorts can have specialists assigned to provide expert insight and advice.
Additional content can be uploaded in a timely manner and with full control. Content can be tailored to departments, business areas or even to individual students.
Live events such as webinars and face-to-face events can be included as part of the blend. Altogether ensuring experts are accessible to the learners, in the form they need.
