The EACA launches ground breaking online programme
The European Association for Communication Agencies in conjunction with the IPA have launched The European Advertising Certificate. Calling it ' a benchmark foundation level qualification for European Advertising Agencies', it delivers world class online learning to one of the most demanding professional audiences.
