Your e-learning programme
We use the innovative WillowDNA Learning Path approach, creating powerful learning experiences that link directly to real work challenges. E-learning content and multi-media material is prepared by specialists used to working rapidly and flexibly.
We can take raw scripts in Word, PowerPoint, via interview with subject-matter experts, from existing reports, handbooks, etc. From these we create Learning Paths where each learning resource creates a narrative through a topic, a step-by-step journey with regular opportunities for learners to share and discuss their learning experience.
Our mix of short, focused learning experiences (e-learning, podcasts, videos, e-booklets, assignments and on) are easy to adapt and change as fast as your world changes. How do we work together?
It’s your learning, so you can become as involved in the design and development process as you wish. For many of our clients, we provide a ‘one stop shop’, taking care of their learning design, delivery and hosting, allowing them to concentrate on other areas of business.
For many, we support the evolution of the Learning and Development team by inviting them to become part of the design project. Because we use popular commercial tools to develop our learning materials, we are able to transfer skills in online learning development to your learning professionals, up-skilling the team and enabling your team to take control of the ongoing development of materials.
How long does it take?
Although this varies depending on the nature of the topic and source material, we are typically able to take a certification programme based on a 100 page document and design and deliver an online programme in 2 months. A shorter ‘key skills’ programme that would typically cover material delivered in a 2-3 day workshop, could be with you in about 4 weeks.
How much does it cost?
As we can tackle programmes of any size, from a one-off event to complex CPD, costs vary to suit - just give us a call to discuss your requirements.
If you choose to host your learning with us using Pathway™, the total first year charge including set-up, import of learners, configuration to suit your company branding, support and hosting can be from as little as £3,500.
